My particles don't render into my movie? (Motype)

Hi all,
I've created some animated text with Yanobox's Motype plug-in and I must say it's looking pretty good. Everything has been created within the Motype plug-in. It's got a nice 3D move and particles whirling around my letters. However, when I try to render this into a movie file the particles I just mentioned are no longer present !?!?! I'm using the animation CODEC. I can't figure out why this is happening.

Any suggestions?
