Hey Guys -

From one content provider to another, I'd say give the guy a chance to respond and extend him a little grace. I'm not here to defend anyone, but as a guy who runs a small shop himself I know the pressures of trying to be the sales, marketing, and PR teams while trying to run a production studio.
