upgrade to cs4 but keep after effects cs3 on ppc mac

Hi, thinking of upgrade to cs4 but want yo keep after effects cs3 on ppc mac.
As CS4's AE is Intel only that's why I wondered if i can keep AE CS3.

Any advice?
