I'd key out one shot at a time, if you have different angles and such, it will be likely ( if not inevitable) that your shots will be lit differently and so I would do the shots separately.
Perhaps even render them out preserving the alpha in QT format, bring them back in and work with the shots from there, it wont process it as much and may make it a little less time consuming.
Any thoughts anyone?
