Thanks Kevin, if you read my response to Dave you will see this is progressive and true 29.97 3D animation.

All interpretations are correct in AE. I have fields kit but it did not appear to make any difference to the smoothness of my render. Twixtor is out of my budget, and I have heard other reliable comments about Timewarp. Figuring it did a close enough approximation as Twixtor I decided to stick with it.

Is it typically slow buggy and crash prone?
