Set the Title's Z-position to -1. IOW don't set the two layers at the same z-position. Depending on camera movements, you will get unwanted artefacts such as layers suddenly disappearing which is in effect a case of the layers switching places in 3D space.
As long as one layer is correctly offset from the other you should be fine.
