Hey Andrew, thank you very much!
My setting were:

- Shutter Angle 180
- Shutter Phase 6
- Sample per frame 16
- Adaptive sample limit 0

Where the hell ever these settings came from; I definately know that I didn't change anything them by hand.

Anyway, thanks again for the hints!
