If your reflections are intended to be planar -- i.e., simple flat objects -- look in the AE tutorials section for methods to fake reflections in 3D.

If they have shape to them... well, that's what a 3D application is for, and you'll probably have to endure the render times. It takes a lot of calculation to make a reflection.
