Great tekst animation! but how to do it!

Hi there everybody!

I need some help with a tekst animation. My client whats it animated like this. (http://www.cheeseheadanimations.nl/temp/tekst-example-001.mov)

It looks great but can anybody help me. I could create it by hand but it will take a lot of time! There must be an easier way. Maybe with expressions?

any ideas are greatly appreciated
