I like to search for Flash programs in Google and then watch the ads on the right. Even if you get to some of the websites that feature Flash programs, there are numerous Flash competitors listed typically. Its an easy way to find out what is usually the most popular.

Also if you are mainly wanting to use video, you could get away with a program like Episode.
