Latin / Spanish Text Characters

I need an upside down question mark like this ¿ in a lot of titles in a project and I cannot even copy and paste from anywhere. I have to turn this project in ASAP and I'm stuck just for that reason. Can someone please help??? I even opened Microsoft Word and did the [ALT+168] and then copied the character and it still won't let me paste to AE, Please Help....
