Were you able to get any help? Seems my AE v6.5 app is not collecting at all, just the generate txt file option. I was wondering if you were able to find a fix and if my woes are yours as well. Any help would be much appreciated.



Here's what I keep running into...notice the greyed-out boxes for the other options. I'm sure it's just a button, knob, or switch...but what?
