Boot Drive: 7200 vs 10000

Boot Drive: 7200 vs 10000

The "default" drive I ordered delivered with my hunky new mac pro is:

apple drive installed 750GB 7200-rpm Serial ATA 3Gb

I also purchased a few other internal drives from OWC. a WD 300gb 16mb SATA-II velocipraptor (what a name!) 10,000 rpm serial ata 3 gb

and two
150gb 16mb WD raptor SATAs 10,000 k each.

I'm doing a lot of media using After Effects and Zaxwerx and Poser (and FCP).

Which would be best for the boot drive?
