Color Changes on Export

I'm having some trouble figuring out a good work flow for AE. I want to import a DVCPRO HD clip from Final Cut Pro, work on it in AE, then export using the same everything (DVCPRO HD 720p24).

I've done some experimenting and haven't found anything that'll work. See pic below.

Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks!
