The other 64 pixels are the border around each screen - placeholders for the thickness of each screen's surround.
Gridiron sent me a very techy email which to be honest didn't really help! And I still can't fathom what's happening or why or if it can be fixed! I guess it'll be a dozen emails back and forth before it's clear! I'd have to phone in the middle of the night to get though that way!...I wish these companies would grasp the fact that it's not only the US that use their products! ;-)
