Hi Christian,
I'm a novice for sure, but I think that you should be able to corner pin the screen (motion track) then use that to put a copy of the footage layer into. You could offset the time a touch then precomp that and do it again - not sure if that will work..
But also play around with the Echo effect.. If there's movement from frame to frame that may do what you want..
But remember, I'm also a novice.. Just stating a couple of ideas that might hopefully help or spark a thought that will work for you..
