Premiere into AE audio woes

Hi all.
If i set my premiere project audio levels/volumes/effects just how i want them, import into AE and dont touch them, and render from AE my final product, should I have any changes to the audio?
My reason for asking is that I am using AE 7.0 with the magic bullet looks suite (couldnt get it to work with CS3) and CS3 Premiere wont recognize it (the looks suite) if I save my AE project for premiere. The only solution I can see to this is have a more or less finished product to put through AE, as i wont be able to fiddle with my audio etc when its done.
This means i will need to have the spaces for my credits etc set aside or ill change the length of my comp, and throw off the audio levels.
So if anyone knows if AE will leave my audio unchanged, or have any suggestions about working around my not going back to premiere once im done problem, id love the help.
Cheers
Dave
