OT: Simultaneous Feeds

I was not sure where to post this exactly, but I thought some of you more experienced than I might have some ideas. I have a client that is wanting to feed some of the HD projects produced in AE fed to at least 3 screens simultaneously. All of the screens will need to be fed HD signals and they are all approximately 100 ft away from each other. What would you all recommend for a setup like this or has anyone had any experience with this sort of thing before? I appreciate any and all advice. Thanks in advance!
