After effects has stopped working when starting

Hello. When I was going to start my After effects CS3 this morning, I got an error direcly when it started. "After effects has stopped working", it happens when it's initializing media core. So, I installed AE 7.0, same thing there. Can't figure out whats wrong :S It worked just last night, but now, it wont start... Do anyone know what's wrong?
