Re: importing kmz to AE?

I've done a little reading on it and found some Photoshop 3D tutorials over at Lynda.com, but it's apparent that Photoshop's animation ability for 3D is very limited. For instance, you can not animate a 3D object to be able to fly around (ie rotate) it. Photoshop's animation is limited to being able to move 2D items frame by frame. Even if you try to set a key frame for a 3D model and then rotate it to set another key frame, the first key frame will change to reflect the position of the second one. So it's not possible.

Seems like someone could make a small fortune to create a plugin that would allow for importing into AE?

Dave
