AE 7 vs CS3?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I've using AE 7 Pro for some time and want you opinion on CS3, that is should I move to CS3 or stick?

Which has advanced uses? which is superior, or is it potato potarto?

Or for that matter is 8.0.2 the daddy?
