Nucleo Pro f'in everything up with Premiere projects

Hi again.
I've got a problem with Nucleo Pro (AFX CS3).
Normally, it will render correctly, at half time than normal rendering, and it's been well worth the money...
But I just had done VFX projects since I installed it. Today I imported a Premiere Pro project, and Nucleo started messing things up.
The problem is, when I start processing any render which any premiere project files inside, Nucleo will change every single original (inside the PPro project Bin) source file's path, by adding a \? at the start of it's path.
So, if my footage was in
C:Documents and settingsfootageshjdi.avi
After starting rendering with nucleo it'll change to:
\?C:Documents and settingsfootageshjdi.avi
And this results in, firstly, that nucleo renders out a fine, nicely color corrected, color test chart, and, secondly, the whole project is f'ed up and I have to manually restore every files path to it's original...
And the point is, this only happens with PPro projects, and when rendering with Nucleo...
What's causing the problem? Any guess on how could I solve it?
Regards
