it's not a tutorial but a thread with a project file and an image. Maybe this is what you're looking for.

when I first started looking at the cow I spent a lot of time searching the forum for things that I wanted to learn how to do and made a list in excel. I still go back to it all the time. In this thread there's a sample movie and an AE file and there's the photo that's used in the aep a little further up.
