I looked at your screen shots. I clicked on the "OK" button and nothing happened. :) (sorry for the attempted humor)
Not sure what type of system you are running...(besides windows), but sometimes AE likes to try to use all the RAM it can, but then crashes. Try turning down the RAM preferences to 1/2 or 3/4 of your current settings. Without knowing anything about the computer, it's hard to give you numbers.
