AE CS3 only professional?

Anyone know if adobe is releasing a professional and standard version of AE CS3? I get the impression they're dropping standard, but wasn't positive. Just trying to figure out what to do about upgrading. Right now I have 6.5 standard, and really need a pro version so I can use Keylight. Now abobe has the updgrade deal where you can upgrade to AE 7, then get CS3 when it's released for free. Can I assume that if i upgrade from AE 6.5 standard to AE 7 standard, I'll get AE CS3 Pro (and in the end be able to use keylight)?
I know this has been asked a ton, but is there a more solid release date yet? I've heard end of june and end of july...
Sorry for the random question, I just don't want to wind up upgrading and not even getting what i need.
Any answers are much appreciated!
