I know this won't help you now, but having done test comparisons between Squeeze and Episode Pro, Episode Pro does a much better job of compressing and usually gives you smaller files sizes. When I say better job, they usually look cleaner and closer to the original. Episode Pro also have more compression options.
This is just my observation. I don't have any affiliation with either manufacturer.
