Sorenson Squeeze users

I am working for a corporate training division producing video content for their LMS. I've purchased the Sorenson Squeeze suite in good faith that it will allow me to generate deliverable video/animation content with minimal file size/image quality compromises.

Are there any others out there with Squeeze and suggestions for the best formats/settings (I know Cinepack and video are not advised.)

Any information/suggestions/links are much appreciated.
