In theory it can be done i think. You can run linux in your ps3. using Yellow Dog Linux V5.0. (http://akihabaranews.com/en/en/news-12637-Give+you+PS3+an+OS+with+Open+Office%2C+Firefox%E2%80%A6.html) I can imagio some kind of wizzkid can solve the problem of connecting a PS3 to a after effects renderFarm. How knows these wizzkids?!!?? I'm very interrested about this idea!
