AFX grade for cinema - LUTs?

Hi,
Been working on a very short piece here, doing some nice grading, for footage to end up on youTube (yeh, I know). It was shot in HD, as there is talk of the piece being shown in the cinema too.
My original brief for now was to grade it to look good on a PC screen, but obviously it'll look different again on film. So I need to know how to keep it consistent, or how to adjust my output accodingly etc.
Is this where I would need Look-up tables (LUT) and if so, how can I do this in After Effects? I *think* Combustion can do this, but ideally, I'd rather not have to buy CB just to do this, great an app as it may be.
Thanks,
Dom
