I believe this is a perfect job for our RE:Fill package. It's meant for problem s like this. You simply give us a matte that tells the pluginwhere you want the plugin to fill in the bad pixels and the plugin fills in the places for you based on the surrounding good pixels (you have a number of choices for the filling process)

RE:Fill is $99.95. More info here: http://www.revisionfx.com/rfil.htm . A demo version is available in the Downloads subsection for RE:Fill. The manual is places on your disk with the plugins upon installation, so make sure to read it (it's very short).
