AE 7 & Avid DNxHD & x64

I am having issues rendering to the Avid DNxHD codec. The movies are just garbage. I am using AE 7 with HotFix 1 on windows XP x64. I do not remember having these issues with AE 6.5, but I can't be sure if I was on XP pro or x64 the last time I rendered to the DNxHD codec. Can anyone with AE 7 HotFix 1 and XP pro 32 bit test if rendering to the DNxHD codec works or not?

The 486i movie was rendered with Meridien Uncompressed to make sure that still worked.
