Best compression to use when exporting as a quicktime?

I'm using ae7 (PC) and I'd like to output a project as a quicktime mov. However I'm not really sure what compression settings to use?
From my experiments sorenson seems to be ok but its quality is quite inferior to divx, which is what I usually use for my avi's.
Could someone give me any advice on what they use when exporting quicktimes?
Also I thought quicktime could be encoded using divx but it doesn't show up in the list of compressors? Is this correct?
Any help greatly appreciated.
