Can't help you on that one, but was in the same position based in Australia also. I cancelled my order and ordered the upgrade via toolfarm, who have shipped it and should be here in the next day or two.

I'd suggest doing the same if you are keen. Past experience is a 6 week turnaround from release to receive in Australia when ordered via Adobe Australia.
