I'm using a 19 month old Alienware m-51. 3.2 Ghz P4 w/HT, gig of Ram, 128mb nVidia card, 7200RPM 60 Gig HD. Works like a workstation.

I'm sure the new Alienware's are even better. But this old crusty 19 month old dinosaur runs AE 6.5 Pro like a champ! So I'd imagine the new stuff out of Alienware will make AE scream.
