NVIDIA GeForce 6800 vs. ATI Radeon 9650

I just placed an order for a PowerMac Dual 2.3 w/ the ATI Radeon 9650 256mb graphics card. Will I see any increase in proformance After Effects with Nvidia 6500 256mb card or am I fine with the Radeon 9560. I know that the Nvidia is designed to run two 30in displays, other than that is it worth the extra $350.
