Quicktime audio
by mike55 on Apr 2, 2005 at 7:34:46 am

Hello colleagues,

I wonder which audio codec I should choose for exporting a Quicktime movie (sorenson 3)?
Can mac users open all audio codecs? Which audio codec is the most compatible respectively does the best compression without losing much quality?
There are:
- 24 bit integer
- 32 bit integer
- mace 3:1 or 6:1
- 32 or 64 bit floating point
- Qdesign Music 2
- ALaw 2:1
- IMA 4:1
