No tutorial necessary. Here's one way to do it:
- Pull the chroma key. You now have transparency.
- Nest this comp in a new comp, and use the Invert effect on the alpha channel. You now have a matte that moves as the green fluid moves.
- Use the Fill effect to make this matte any color you want.
- Use the Glow effect to make it glow.
- Add the original footage as the bottom layer of the new comp. You now have a glow over the original footage.
