No tutorial necessary. Here's one way to do it:
  • Pull the chroma key. You now have transparency.
  • Nest this comp in a new comp, and use the Invert effect on the alpha channel. You now have a matte that moves as the green fluid moves.
  • Use the Fill effect to make this matte any color you want.
  • Use the Glow effect to make it glow.
  • Add the original footage as the bottom layer of the new comp. You now have a glow over the original footage.
