After Effects Animation Resolution Question

I am animating some shots in After Effects and have a resolution question: Stop motion figures are photographed and imported into AE, so they are quite high res images. I'm planning to do camera moves (push ins, etc) in AE so I'm animating figures head to toe but the high res quality enables me to push into a head shot and still have plenty of resolution so it doesn't pixilate. Of course, the comps can't be exported full size or they would be huge. Any advice on export settings for such comps so they can be edited in Premiere Pro?
