After Effects error: Can't find layer ID=90 in composition "Reflex 5 Feed". ( 26 :: 93)

Hey guys, I have a question about after effects, in the project tab I was editing a call of duty montage, and I renamed the clips in there to shorter names, and it's a different name than the file. I have the raw clip and this changed name one. After effects crashed and asked me to save before it crashed. I saved it and now when I re-open it it gives me the error:

After Effects error: Can't find layer ID=90 in composition "Reflex 5 Feed".
( 26 :: 93)

After that it closes the project to a new project and I can't get it back, please help?!?! Thanks. Quick reply please.
