Sure, I understand -- but your problem is that you fundamentally want to stick 5 cards in a 4-slot box. Any solution is going to involve compromise.
Assuming you want broadcast monitoring for color-accurate work, you can either use a supported video I/O card, or use color management with a high-quality, well-profiled display.
The DVI-SDI device you link to will still appear as a computer monitor to the system.
