The effect of when you bang on a tv the image gets distorted/warped for a sec? example inside

It starts exactly at 0:06 here (not the little ones before) and its used throughout the whole video.
Another example of example what I want, skip to 3:18 to see it:
Anyone know what this is? Its not just the grain or scanlines or chromatic abberation im after, its the part where the image gets wavy and shakes.
