A wiggle expression only gets you so far... I think what this effect also calls for (At least how I've seen it used) is also a part of an expression that keeps the text in one spot for a short time, and then it jumps to another random position within a set amount of space... or, better yet, have the pause interval also be random so it (being the text) would freeze for a moment, then wiggle a bit, then freeze in another position (With varying levels of opacity as well)...

anyone know how to accomplish this?
