You have to try to be more specific: Why you first put it into the editing software?
Why not immediately into AE (because I am not sure what you are editing on is a pro software).
Why exporting it into several bits? And why into wma?
People here want to help, but you need to be more specific.
Explain each step - precies - and try to give all tech specs available to you.
