Boris FX interested in contributing Cow Podcast tutorials

Hello Podcast Team,

We have some ideas for Boris FX Podcast tutorials that we think Cow members would be very interested in. Since we haven't done a Podcast before, we could use a little guidance.
Is there a list of specs or guidelines that users adhere to when they do a Podcast? We want to make sure our content and delivery is the same as everyone else.
