There are several manufacturers that offer 10Gig NAS solutions.

These include -

Small Tree
Studio Network Solutions
Facilis
EditShare
Apace
Maxx Digital

Any of these will do uncompressed HD.

As per AJA Data Calc on my iPhone -
1080i30 8 bit YUV is 124.3 MB/sec
1080i30 8 bit RGBA is 248.6 MB/sec

you have not specified your application (is it After Effects ?).

Most people do not edit with uncompressed HD, and many applications
AVID Media Composer will not allow you edit uncompressed HD.
Have you looked at the difference between ProRes4444 and uncompressed HD ? It's pretty hard to tell the difference. Many hi end cameras, like the incredible Arri Alexa, shoot native ProRes4444. I have never heard on complaint of someone saying "the Arri Alexa looks like crap, because it's compressed HD".
