The product is good, I think - I've been having trouble with my network so it's hard to tell. I really like the product philosophy (floating metadata masters means fewer required servers than XSAN, the Gig-E LAN client is cheaper, management from any machine, you can format the RAID as you wish, etc.).
My problem is basically that I didn't budget enough for proper support, which I plan to remedy. Support contracts are around 30% of the cost of the licenses for a year. It sucks, but if you do it get the support. There's just a lot of complexity around file-level SAN storage, and no free lunch. Take it from me, I've learned the hard lessons...
