Ingesting DVCPRO HD as Pro Res 422 In FCP

To all,
I would like to ingest DVCPRO HD footage from P2 cards from a panasonic card reader(over USB 2)into FINAL CUT PRO directly as PRO RES 422. Is there plug in for this? Can this be done?
I'm using FCP 6.06.
