To achieve the AVC Intra I would need to get the AJ-YBX200G board for the camera, correct?

So the 1080 59.94i to 24P or 24PA is achieving what we know as 1080P just through using segmenting the fields, thus removing any of the interlacing that might happen otherwise. The fields are progressive but it is removing any motion between the two segments that are interlaced, so we aren't as likely to see the interlacing that is going on.

So much information, but it's very interesting stuff. But at the end of the day, I want to upgrade my HPX-2000 to the AVC Intra board to achieve real progressive scanning vs. the PsF scanning?
