If someone is copying the individual folders from within the CONTENTS folder, I can see how they might miss one. But when the P2 card is formatted, there's an Audio folder put into place, though it's empty until you start to record. So I think it would be impossible to not have one in your backup if you truly copied all files over.

If you're manually copying the files to your hard drive, create a blank folder on the hard drive and then drag the CONTENTS folder and the LASTCLIP.txt file to it. That's all. Keep all the interior folders intact, whether they've got something in them or not. No need to even open the other folders to look at anything.
