Need help with the VFR function

I'm trying to test the VFR function on my HVX 200 and I've gone to REC FORMAT and selected 720/25PN, I've then gone into SCENE FILE and selected FILM CAM but when I try to go to FRAME RATE it just says default and doesn't give me any options to change.

I wasn't using my firestore at the time;

I need to know how to adjust the frame rate on the camera first and I guess the firestore as well.
